      • Conducted detailed parent child well analysis. Utilized real time pressure data on frac offsets combined with diverter drops and fluid changes to build a pump design that reduced degradation of parent well production and optimize child well reserves. • Conducted engineering analysis with US Steel to determine loads on casing deformation.• Team-member of large fiber optic project that was augmented with downhole gauges, open and cased hole logs, fluid and radioactive tracers. On site for engineering support. Analyzed DAS/DTS and other diagnostic results to formulate best practices to improve cluster efficiency. • Designed and implemented multiple perforation tests both empirically and scientifically using the latest perforation charges, orienting and evaluated with step down tests, downhole camera pre/post frac, RA and liquid tracers. • Worked with geoscience teams to build fracture and reservoir models.• Developed method to perform DFIT simultaneous with drilling operations to reduce cycle time. Allowed time for pressure transient to reach radial period while pad drilling ahead.• Developed procedure to clean out 17,000 ft lateral. Implemented first service rig drill outs in business unit. Computed torque and drag stresses to be anticipated downhole to appropriately select work string and define operational limits. • Completions lead on multi-discipline team performing multi-variate analysis of reservoir data. • Organized testing program for completion enhancements in the Turner and Sussex tight sandstones. • Transitioned frac crew to self-sourced sand and coordinated wellsite delivery with zero related NPT.• Designed and executed remediation plan for well with deformed pipe via milling and cementing ultra-flush casing. Determined suitable perforation and plug selection for successful frac placement. • Model tube movement during fracturing and build drill out models for T&D during plug milling. Show less Training rotation for 16 months in the following operations: • 6 weeks Construction: Planning and development of drilling locations and roads• 6 weeks Drilling: Worked as night shift company man on drilling rig• 28 weeks Completions: 8 weeks water transfer; 8 weeks with workover rigs performing TCP, drill-out and remedial work; 12 weeks onsite for slick water fracs and plug-and-perf wireline• 14 weeks Production: Assisted pumpers and production foreman in daily operations including flow backs, chemical treatments and plunger lift Show less
