And in the planning of a daily plan in the area of plastic injection.• Carrying out a monthly capacity calculation, in which, on the basis of monthly requirements, the planned days worked, the days not worked and the number of operators and specialist operators required on each assembly and/or production line, the days required to meet the requirements and meet the objective are calculated.• Development and implementation of a training plan, both for operators and specialist operators, which includes an Individual Training Plan that differentiates between 3 aspects: Training in the general standards of the factory, specific standards of the production line or specific training for the job.• These General Factory Standards and line specific standards were created, and through the use of online screens, the updated information is kept up to date for the personnel at the workshop.• A training plan was carried out for the operators in the different production lines, assembly lines and injectors.
