  - Developed the Named Entity Recognition model currently used by the company. By leveraging NLP, the algorithm detects the language of the user input (English, Arabic, or a mix of both) and loads Google’s BERT algorithm to extract entities.- Tested different Machine Learning models such as Random Forest, XGBoost, and K-Means along with Police Data API, for multiple classification and clustering algorithms.
