      Supranational Hotels was a hotel representation and technology provider founded in 1974 that in January 2017 was bought by reconline; a travel industry technology provider. Supranational Hotels’ operations in London where shut down in May 2018. Wrote regular updates to customers. These were designed to allay concern during the initial buyout and manage expectations during a subsequent system migration. This correspondence required an authoritative but reassuring tone. Customers needed to know the benefits of change for their hotels and have their questions anticipated.⬛ Counselled reconline senior staff throughout 2017/18 regarding operations. In 2018 oversaw the decommissioning of the London office.⬛ Documented company assets (technical and administrative) to compose streamlining proposals.Headed purchase and deployment of a new hardware infrastructure to increase employee efficiency.⬛ Planned and saw out the decommissioning of the London office in accordance with prevailing. legislation for secure destruction of hardware, personnel documentation and financial records.
