      Clerk of the Council: Attends all Council meetings and keeps permanent record of proceedings. Maintains all ordinances, resolutions and official actions of the Council. Administers all oaths required by State law, City Charter and the ordinances of the City. Custodian of the City seal. Maintenance of retention system for all city records. Chief Elections Officer: Serves as election supervisor and administers all city elections in accordance with the provisions of election law.City Official Signatory: Signs, under the authority of City Council, all contracts, deeds, licenses (liquor, taxicab, medical marijuana dispensary and grow facilities, peddler/solicitor,second-hand dealer), or other public documents on behalf of the City. Certification of all ordinances and resolutions enacted by the Council. Risk Manager: Administers and manages the City's liability and property insurance programs. Responsible for accepting and tracking city liability claims.Administer Administrative Hearings Bureau (AHB) Coordinator: Provides oversight to Bureau. Oversees clerical functions. Processes payments. Sets hearing docket. Sends judgments. Supervises Clerk to the AHB. Utilizes technical skills to streamline and explore new software management system. Parking Bureau Administrator: Plans and manages the daily operations of the parking bureau, including management of parking software, exporting ticket files, maintaining records, interpreting and communicating parking ordinances to general public, developing parking bureau policies, interfacing with Secretary of State Office, District Court, police department and parking enforcement officers, overseeing collection process, addressing and resolving conflict, managing fines and fees, supervising and training staff, and processing payments. Serves as member of Budget Committee, Safety and Election Commissions. Staff liaison to Human Relations Commission and Charter Commission. Maintains city's Boards and Commissions.
