  I am an active member of the HBA of DE, now BRAD. I photograph all the Regal Awards winners each year at no charge as my way of giving back to the community that supports me.

  Serving on the Board of Directors, Created new Sustainability Committee, Member Sales and Marketing Council, former Co-chair of Builder Awards committee. The building industry is under pressure to provide energy savings and sustainability improvements. I am dedicated to helping my builder customers thrive in this environment. I also make photographs of all the Award winners for their marketing needs at no charge each year. It is my way of giving back to the industry that supports me.

  Identified and prioritized energy saving measures for home owners. Prepared audit reports containing energy analysis results and recommendations for energy cost savings. Created scope of work and guided customers through the installation and rebate process.

  ACT, Inc is the non-profit owner and operator of the Evererett Theatre, The Gibby Center and the Hudson Contemporary Gallery in Middletown, DE. ACT volunteers produce plays, provide rental space and play monthly movies at the 500 seat theatre; teaches art, provides monthly Cabarets and art exhibits at the Gibby and Hudson Gallery.
