  In this position, my main responsibility was to support users by phone, email, and in-person to use a novel system. Although I had to register users and departments on the system, I created scripts in Python to fulfill forms of registration reducing the time process by 90%. Also, I was responsible for creating document templates for this system in HTML and CSS hardcoding.   I joined the team of SAP's cybersecurity as a developer. In the beginning, I had to learn how to use this system and all cybersecurity tools used by my team with this system and was only giving permissions to the users. The company used agile methodology in our development, with daily and reviews. After 3 months I joined the project of a teammate in which I helped him to automatize the analysis of the tickets opened in which the end users requested permissions on the system. This analysis identified the transaction required and the permission linked, showing the responsible for authorizing or not adding it to the user. To do it, I consumed JSON from a RESTful API, returning another JSON. The company adopted MySQL, however, I studied other relational databases, enabling me to adapt to the syntax of any of them.For the next quarter, I was responsible for upgrading this project, showing in the ticket whether there was a risk in granting the permission, which mitigator should be used (if any), and if the responsible was available or who was the substitute to receive the authorization request. All backend of the ticket system was developed in Python using microservices based on the object-oriented programming paradigm. The deployment was allowed to be done if it covered at least 80% with unit tests.At the end of that quarter, I was requested to convert the macro we used to register users and permissions on the system from VBA to Javascript since the company decided to have just a few users with Microsoft Office on their devices and use Google Docs.In my final quarter in the company, we improved our modifications to make the system apply the mitigations by itself and return on the ticket if there wasn’t mitigation available, and let we decide what to do.
