Our goal was to get a better alignment of strategies and the enhancement of the strong points within the organization. Our core focus was aimed at the BeLux organization but eventually we also conducted a similar analysis in France and the Netherlands

  KSC Grimbergen is a Belgian soccer club close to Brussels. It is the hometown of the famous abbey beer ‘Grimbergen’. The club plays in P2 and P4 leagues. They develop the football talent of close to 400 players, divided over 26 teams. The club plays an important social and sports role in Flemish Brabant. An essential objective of the club is to develop and inject own youth into the first teams. As a consequence, the club has one of the best Youth Academies in the Brussels area. Giving local youth all chances the develop their kills towards the first teams of KSC Grimbergen. And strengthen the bond of the club with the local community.Together with a team of 170 professionals and volunteers, we share our soccer and youth passion to make all above happen. Show less
