  Initiated and set up the jewellery and accessories department within the company, establishing procedures, codification system for the products and for inventory, organised tasks, originated sample stock exploitation and arranged production delegation to various manufacturers. Main role involved designing jewellery and accessories for an international retail chain with two brands, Attrattivo and ALE. Key responsibilities included producing designs for the full accessories range including jewellery, scarves and handbags; preparing samples; sourcing beads, fabrics and other materials as well as liaising with manufacturers (domestic and abroad); managing production timetables and quality control; sourcing and selecting accessories from external suppliers; assessing costs and prices; assisting with promotional and advertising campaigns.
