      Activités et associations :Shortlisted for the participation to the contest 'Triumph Inspiration Award'. Attended as a part-time student. Lessons included fashion illustration, technical drawing, pattern-making, quality control, costume history and many more. Started working in the fashion industry since 2005 after finishing all the courses except from the final dissertation that I started and finished in 2010.

      Created various fashion and inter-disciplinary projects, such as the short film 'Anna in Puppetland' that was awarded first place from 'All Walks Beyond the Catwalk' in collaboration with 'i-D Magazine'. My collection 'Duende' was chosen to be presented at the graduation catwalk and displayed at the 'vogue.co.uk' website, the 'Varsity London' online magazine (2014 issue) as well as at the 'Black Sheep' column of the 'Not Just a Label' website.

      Awarded First Place in the company’s (Attrattivo) clothes design contest and offered a mid-degree placement. Main role involved designing clothes for an international retail chain. Key responsibilities involved producing clothes, print and embroidery designs; graphic design; preparation of samples; sourcing fabrics and materials and liaising with manufacturers (domestic and abroad). Additional duties included contributing to promotional and advertising campaigns and helping to prepare moving the brand focus to a more casual, ‘street’ style. Voir moins

Key collaborations include:- Styling photo shoots for various Greek designers who showed and sold their work through the fashionlover.gr (2012).- Jewellery collection for Positive/Nine Streets clothing company (Winter 2009 – Summer 2010 seasons)- Costume & scenery design for dance performance “A Bird & A Fish” (Athens Fringe Festival – 2009)- Personal jewellery collection sold at the Benaki Museum (Athens 2007-2008)- Summer clothes & accessories under personal brand MRL for the private boutique ‘Coorita’ (Milos Island – 2007)- Personal garment collection shown during men’s fashion designer Aristoteli Bitsiani’s collection (Thessaloniki – 2007)- Jewellery collections for annual exhibitions organised by jewellery designer Gina Gavalaki (Athens – 2006, 2007 & 2010)- Backstage dressing assistant at catwalks.       Initiated and set up the jewellery and accessories department within the company, establishing procedures, codification system for the products and for inventory, organised tasks, originated sample stock exploitation and arranged production delegation to various manufacturers. Main role involved designing jewellery and accessories for an international retail chain with two brands, Attrattivo and ALE. Key responsibilities included producing designs for the full accessories range including jewellery, scarves and handbags; preparing samples; sourcing beads, fabrics and other materials as well as liaising with manufacturers (domestic and abroad); managing production timetables and quality control; sourcing and selecting accessories from external suppliers; assessing costs and prices; assisting with promotional and advertising campaigns.     • Awarded to Marilina Tsitsa
      Best Fashion Film All Walks Beyond The Catwalk in association with i-D Magazine Jun 2014 Awarded first place (in the film category) for the stop-motion film Anna In Puppetland. The purpose of the contest was to promote the diversity of women that is not projected that much in fashion. The film is a critique regarding the beauty criteria and the lack of ideology that plagues our society.
