      In this role, I was a member of a small global group that created the concepts of leadership culture for the corporation. I co-facilitated the inaugural session after collaborating in its learning materials, and spent several weeks monitoring and reporting on the participants and their progress. I then repeated the process as the sole facilitator with leaders of three different companies simultaneously. I also help build culture and strengthen existing leaders while aiding and developing those that were recently promoted.       In this role I was promoted to leader from the team in which I was a member. My initial department handled commercial and personal international escalations for the US sales group of UPS.
