Developed a lithium strategy and marketed the strategy resulting in the establishment of a National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Lithium Program that is funded annually at -$35M and as well as a new - $1.3B Lithium Production Facility (LPF).

  Vice President of Mission Assurance responsible for Environmental Safety and Health, Quality, Occupational Health Services, Nuclear Explosive Safety, Explosive Safety and Production Readiness for two production plants: Pantex, Amarillo, Texas; Y-12 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Accomplishments include meeting production deliverables while mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic through COVID controls and effective vaccination campaigns.
