Provide business solutions to technological issues faced by our Corporate Compliance Business Partners. Many efforts involve the coordination and management of teams across multiple departments and disciplines. The efforts ranged in size from small departmental driven efforts to corporate wide initiatives. Facilitate resource and demand management as per supplied budgets and resource channels. Work closely with the Portfolio Management and Finance teams in managing and communicating budget utilizations and forecasts. As part of the migration the security layer supporting each application had to be redesigned to support the integration of New York Life’s SSO process. CTS is an Intranet Application, used to identify and track consumer complaints entered against the Company. ACS is an Intranet Application used to identify, track and the fulfillment of requirements on agent candidates. Developed various UI screens which required the implementation of the server based Business Objects, Page Managers, Utility Components, Action Objects, Database Brokers and Persistency Peer classes.
