  As the Aquatics Administrative Manager at Chula Vista Resort, my duties include the various administrative functions for the department, as well as covering shifts as the Manager on Duty. Positions reporting directly to me include: Aquatics Supervisors, Lifeguards, Slide Attendants, Park Service Supervisors, Park Service Attendants, Waterpark Front Desk Supervisors, and Waterpark Front Desk Attendants. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: payroll for all directly reporting positions (as well as Aquatics Management and Waterpark Maintenance Technicians), schedules for all reporting positions, performing and maintaining daily operations paperwork, interviews and hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations, working with guests and staff to address questions, comments, and concerns, etc., monitoring and drawing comparisons from data, selecting product and placing orders for revenue locations. When working shifts as the Manager on Duty, I oversee the the operations of the resort's aquatic facilities and their subsequent departments. I also co-teach Leadership Classes for new members of our Leadership Team, and instruct Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED classes to new lifeguards as an American Red Cross instructor.
