      AFS Intercultural Programs is an international and non-profit organization providing intercultural learning and offering international exchange programs in over 65 countries around the world.As their Manager of Hosting Program Operations, I directed program strategy and development as well as areas including Partner Relations, Regulations & Compliance, Process Improvements, and Project Implementations. Select Highlights: • Achieved and exceeded key program and organizational goals yearly by assessing, developing, and implementing a new rubric to increase efficiency and quality of selection. o Tripled amount of student applications out to find host families than year prior over 2+ months.• Served as Technical Project Lead on database enhancements and rollout in areas including UX design, modules, database on tracking students and host families, improving processes, testing, implementation. • Recruited and developed a team of 10 including hosting operations, admissions and administrative staff and contract employees; Oversaw training, goal-setting, and creation of staff handbooks. • Initiated, mapped and implemented process improvements to increase organizational efficiency. o Managed full project lifecycle from development to launch of an online application process. o Designed and implemented new project system to track and automate key processes. o Developed and launched a data warehouse to manage internal and team wide communications, including to international partners. • Ensured volunteer teams and internal departments operated in accordance with company, Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET) and US State Department regulations.       100 Resilient Cities - Pioneered by the Rockefeller Foundation is dedicated to helping cities around the world become more resilient to the physical, social and economic challenges that are a growing part of the 21st century. Engaged as first employee to hold new global position at 100 Resilient Cities (100RC), serving as a key member of a six-person cross-departmental cohort formed to mature the organization. Led strategic planning, development, and implementation of workflows and systems across offices in four continents. Developed global standards for decision making on program design, delivery and resource allocation, measuring and increasing impact, and budget. Directed cross-departmental initiatives to increase visibility and efficiency of 100RC’s work in 100 global cities. Served as a Salesforce Administrator and Project Manager for the organization. Core member of the planning team for 100RC's 2019 Urban Resilience Summit in Rotterdam. *The Foundation decided to move in a different direction and the organization and our entire staff was dissolved in August 2019.
