  Responsible for overseeing the busy Marketing and Box Office departments, selling over 100,000 tickets per year for a variety of performances from live music and touring musicals, to stand-up comedy and dance. My role included programming events for the theatre, negotiating financial deals and budgets, creating marketing plans and overseeing all marketing activity for individual productions. I also ran the day to day operations of the Box Office to ensure excellent customer service and covering as Duty Manger for evening performances as needed.Key responsibilities and achievements:• Working with a wide range of individuals including performers, directors, technicians, agencies, promoters and volunteers to deliver successful programmes of events at Weymouth Pavilion.• Working with a wide variety of promotional tools to create engaging marketing campaigns for individual performances and Weymouth Pavilion’s business/community goals, including email campaigns, social media, online content, print advertising, direct mail and business partnerships.• Managing the theatre’s website and CMS, curating and creating content including web pages, event pages and blog posts, optimising outreach and SEO to increase traffic. • Increasing attendance across all public performances more than 60% over a three year period.• Managing multiple marketing campaign budgets for individual productions and larger business-wide campaigns, including creating marketing plans in conjunction with promoters, monitoring performance, post campaign analysis and ROI insights.• Designing all the theatre’s in-house marketing material to promote their shows and services, including creating printed season brochures, flyers, websites, and images and video for social media, online content, digital banners and digital out of home.• Building strong collaborative relationships with press, advertisers and local business partners for mutual promotion.
