Managed the General Affairs, Finance, and Accounting Division at 3 Pulih's office. Major responsibilities include managing the internal situation at Pulih's Head Office, creating a project budget, and counselling face-to-face clients, as well as becoming a counsellor for survivors of violence and other interpersonal issues. Supervised and managed Pulih's head office's human resources, administration, technical information, and finance. Together with my team, we successfully audited our 2003-2004 financial reports through digitalizing administration system Worked as a survivor of violence and disaster counsellor for an individual or family. Coordinated with an external consultant to create a new structure for the Pulih Foundation.
