  Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager role consists of managing the day to day operations, sales team and admissions team. This includes collaborating with various departments to ensure everyone's needs are being met and that any potential issues are resolved in a timely manner. Further to this, I am constantly researching the industry as well as advancements in technology to see if our processes can be improved. This role absorbed the Admissions Manager role and was created due to the rapid growth of Strathfield College. As such, it is very hands on as there is no guideline or handbook for what is required.
