As PG my job was to come alongside and assist the supervisors with the daily operations of the dock, this required me to know the schedule of all incoming and outgoing flights and trucks. This position is very much a lead by example one, because I was not officially a supervisor. I also had to build a relationship with all of the other associates so that when I needed help they were willing to assist me. Together, we consistently outperformed the other dock shifts at KRFD.
