      *Served on the Curriculum & Training Development Committee and provided key recommendations for improving learning results through new curriculum implementation and alternative training strategies*Led the Title I “pull-out” tutorial/remedial program for students who were functioning below grade level in reading or math; and implemented “back-to-basics” phonics instruction with small groups through the establishment of technological learning centers*Spearheaded establishment of multiple classroom learning centers to complement “hands-on” learning.
