  - Responsible for end-to-end compensation & benefits management of Unilever Bangladesh as the sole Country Reward Manager & POC for all reward principles and strategy. Have partnered the Business, HR Director & HRLT- Served as the Country HR Lead for "Ekaterra Bangladesh Separation" Project and have led the separation of BDT 120 Crore business of Ekaterra (Tea business of Unilever). Landed Day-1 of Ekaterra with 100% resignation & transfer of employees. Have led Formulation of total reward system, Insurance Set-up and HR policy creation working with Global team.
