  Reliance Machine is a quick turn proto type job shop focused on Semi-conductor and Aerospace industries - Managed 48 employees, including 3 shifts of Machinists and Programmers, as well as Quality Control, Expediting, Shipping /Receiving and office staff. In addition to being responsible for operations and production, I was given oversight of all company financials and the title of CFO. - Responsible for choosing new ERP system, implemented and rolled out Shoptech E2 over 2 year period to improve job cost analysis, time tracking and most importantly customer delivery times. Increased efficiency in overall production and operation. - Spearheaded installation of 5-Axis milling machines in order to target new customer segment (Aerospace) while reducing set up time and scrap rates. - Negotiated new contracts with Lawrence Livermore Lab in regards to the NIF program, pulling together an internal project team to produce extremely tight tolerance parts and work with demanding delivery dates involved in this monumental project.
