  As a Loss Prevention Detective I held responsibility for the installation of covert store cameras throughout the district, which were key to the enhancement of surveillance. I conducted internal investigations as required, in order to minimize the risk of loss and to increase overall security. I also operated surveillance cameras, monitored valuable goods, and safeguarded products.Other duties included shoplifting investigations and apprehensions, which I executed efficiently, and ensured that the impact was minimized. In addition, I coordinated with Store Management and Sales Staff in an effort to reduce internal and external theft activity.I also generated and delivered accurate reports and routine communications, and participated in court proceedings as required, for the prosecution and resolution of instances of theft.A key achievement was my contribution to the Theft Resolution Concepts Workshop, where I provided knowledge and excellent recommendations.
