  *Project: Al Massa Hotel and Towers New Alamein City Project. *Owner: -The Egyptian Armed Forces.*Main Contractor: -Orascom Construction.*Consultant: -ECG.*Project’s BOQ: -Four Billions EGP.*Position/s held: -Senior Site Engineer.*Main Duties: -Senior Site Civil Engineer of Main Contractor as follows: -Study drawings in order to prepare material,equipment and man-hours requirements based on project priorities & time schedule. -Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiently by allocating material & manpower. -Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site. *Project Brief: -The project consists of 6 high rise towers each is 100m height and 1000m2 area per each floor, with a podium under the towers, a mall, and utilities buildings, all by the Mediterranean shore line, in the new Alamein City.*Scope: -As a senior site engineer of main contractor, I was assigned for tower no. 2 finishing activities which include, block work, plastering, painting, false ceiling and gybsum boards, insulation, cermaic, marble and vinyl floors, and curtain walls.
