   Lead the coordination of PCB design with external contractors specifically related to the development of the K band patch radar and the display/processor. Finalize mechanical design, while following predefined design guidelines, cosmetics specifications, and draft requirements. Collect and send all documentation for production to contract manufacturer including industrial design, mechanical CAD, material requirements, bill of materials, electronics fabrication files, and packaging. • Design, troubleshoot, and test 6 new laser rangefinder products to ensure critical launch dates are met. Coordinate with external contractors and testing agencies (Bluetooth SIG, FCC, CE, FDA, etc.) to achieve product compliance requirements and prevent schedule delays. Conduct UI software test and issue corrective action reports while coordinating revisions with software engineers. Develop on site reprogramming and test protocol to prevent launch delays. • Coordinate and deliver new industrial design guidelines to align with future product road map developments for the next 3-5 years. Conduct market research and lead over 10 design sessions between product managers, engineers, senior leadership, and marketing to determine appropriate design choices.  Communicate design changes to industrial designer while keeping time sensitive goals related to product launch timelines. • Implement new industrial design guidelines to 3 new binocular product lines while coordinating with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are cohesive across different product types.  Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate schedule reductions. Inform supplier of design changes and communicate schedule risk to cross functional team.
