Additionally, I ensure effective management of data centers (DC) and disaster recovery centers (DRC), maintaining system availability, hardware resources, and key processes.I specialize in server administration, including Linux and Windows environments, managing user accounts, installing, updating, and maintaining system utilities. I also integrate NagiosXI for system monitoring, tracking VM performance, memory usage, and application logs for potential JBOSS errors. I develop and customize Bash scripts for automated service restarts during maintenance, automate temporary file cleanups, and utilize Ansible for efficient system administration.Beyond core IT operations, I ensure SSL certificate updates for state-specific websites, manage system documentation covering iDRAC, Proxmox Virtual Environment (PVE), Red Hat Virtualization (RHV), and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and develop comprehensive disaster recovery plans (DRP) to enhance data integrity and business continuity.I also provide ad-hoc support for emerging IT issues and management requests, ensuring seamless infrastructure operations.
