  This was my first part-time job which I obtained at 17 years old. I began as a Sales Associate, working shop-floor with customers, and aiding stock replenishments and maintenance. I progressed to Beauty Consultant, where I was in charge of up-keeping the highest shrinkage (stock loss from theft) aisle, ensuring that customer needs were attended to and ensuring stock was at an appropriate level. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, I switched branches and moved from Beauty to Medical Counter Assistant to aid the Pharmacy Team, who were placed under much duress at the time. My efforts were recognised and I became a Team Supervisor, where my responsibilities were not just with customer service and stock, but driving sales and making sure targets were met in my Team.
