      Key Achievements and Responsibilities.1. Deployed and coordinate a team to monitor and maintain the Element Monitoring System at a Key MTN Zambia newly build Datacenter. The elements include HVAC, Power Supply and security systems.2. Manage a multi vendor/ technology team of 40+ Engineers to run day-to-day activities on the MTN Zambia NOC, Datacenter and Field teams. 3. Coordinate with management, MTN Zambia 3rd party providers and customers to delivery key daily, weekly and monthly operational/business targets.4.
