  The Proposal Development Coordinator-3 is responsible for conduct of the proposal process to ensure that assigned proposals for study designs are produced in the most cost-effective and efficient manner while meeting the clients’ requirements in terms of scope and timeliness.The Proposal Development Coordinator-3 works closely with Business Development (Sales), other CX Proposal Development team members, Project Management and Operations. They own the process for generation of proposals and price estimates for standard and more complex study designs, change orders and for ensuring Confidential Disclosure Agreements are current, as applicable per current processes. They own the process for Change Orders from generation to acceptance. They are account holders and/or Specialists. The Proposal Development Coordinator- 3 would be required to liaise with Senior Leadership to discuss and/or gain approval on specific quotations/proposals prior to issue to the client. Operates as part of a global Client Experience team to support cross-functional quotations/proposals and team/business initiatives.
