  My responsibilities as an intern in the organisation is to Recruit and Train Telecallers for various telecalling projects as well as to do the Quality Check of Calls, recruited 1000+ gig workers for micro projects and helped in the onboarding process.I also assist the Project Managers with the Management of various Groups of all the active projects on the platform.   After an impressive internship performance I obtained a letter of recommendation from a core team member and a pre-placement interview offer.<>Workshop Vertical<>~Heading a team of 20+ Smart Interns and 4 operations associate, with the help of 2 other intern managers to operate and run the workshop vertical consistently from scratch.
