  At Toyotetsu, I experienced the Japanese business model first hand and improved the efficiency of my weld cell through the company's "Kaizen" (continual improvement) program. My improvement consisted of slightly rearranging the shelving units as well as the orientation of one of the sub-component parts to provide a more ergonomic and efficient work cycle. I also experienced and became adept at changing my sleep schedule as my position rotated between 2 shifts.
