      Activities and Societies: In 2007: I was a part-time employee of Dinh Huong Marketing Research Ltd. Job describes: commuting and recording customer ideas about products. In 2008: I was a tutor of teaching Math, Chemistry, and Physics for students. From 2008 to 2011: I took part in the 2008 Green Summer Champaign at Long Binh Ward – 9th District with a group of students of my University and others.       - Analyze all of customers’ data gathered by Relationship Manager Department in MHB’s branches and do more research to get information via social media and others sources to officially submit loan approval document. This document, the result of credit analysis, outlines all of the risks and benefits of approving the loan and outlines the feasibility of repayment. The credit analysis normally focus on some basic components such as: Evaluation of board of directors’ characteristic, business and financial analysis (inventory and debts status, annual revenue and profits, cash flows, solvency, etc.), credit worthiness and re-payment history review, collateral valuation, etc. - Set up a meeting with loan committee to present the credit analysis report and propose credit decision on the loan.- Do other jobs including monthly reports, annual reports, business plans, in-person meeting with customers, etc. Show less

      - Tracking contracts: + Prepare proposal letters, make contracts with Clients and Sub-contractors/ suppliers after having negotiation with them about payment terms and/or all other terms relating to financial issues; + Follow up contracts and claim payments to clients such as making payment request documents or debit notes, invoices to clients… and follow income receipts; + Prepare remittance to sub-contractors or suppliers following the payment terms stated in contracts; + Prepare plan to make new proposal letters to clients and renew contracts with subcontractors or suppliers due to current situation. - Financial Management works: + Handle cash available on hand and in bank account to balance company’s daily expenses; + Make financial forecast reports (cash flow & profit/loss estimate) for current month and year and keep updating weekly due to company’s current situation and prospect; prepare plans to solve financial issues depending on this forecast; + Make internal monthly financial reports include: Cash balance, payables and receivables, internal cash flow statement, internal profit/loss broken down into projects; + Collect monthly documents (invoices, WHT letters…) for Chief Accountant to make monthly tax reports (PND1, 3, 53; PP30; SS) and submit to Revenue Department and Social Security Office; + Follow up and double check all reports created by Chief Accountant before submitting to Authority Bodies.- Taking part in Human Resource Works: + Follow up employment contracts and update staff handbooks on company’s regulations and in accordance with the local current Labor Law; + Monthly prepare and collect staff timesheets; calculate monthly payroll & submit Director for approval.- Doing other administrative works such as controlling company’s assets both tangible and intangible assets, checking quantity and quality periodically and making decision on maintenance, fixing assets, etc. Show less
