      While at White & Case LLP, a prominent international law firm with 1,800+ attorneys and 40+ offices worldwide, Nicolas concentrated on international financial transactions in the aviation, energy and infrastructure industries. He advised financial institutions, lenders, export credit agencies, airlines and sponsors in connection with debt and equity investments, limited-recourse project financings, securities transactions and restructurings in the aviation, transportation and energy sectors. Nicolas concentrated in aircraft finance globally and capital markets transactions in Latin America, including Rule 144a and Reg S private placements, secured loan facilities, mergers & acquisitions and infrastructure projects.       GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the U.S. and Irish commercial aircraft financing and leasing business of GE, has a fleet of 1,900+ owned and managed aircraft valued at more than $46 billion with approximately 270 airlines in over 75 countries. At GECAS, Nicolas was primarily responsible for negotiating and administering leasing and financing transactions with commercial airlines and related to other tranportation infrastructure, including operating leases, mergers & acquisitions and project finance transactions. As a member of cross-functional team that managed a $4.0B US-based aircraft portfolio, Nicolas has experience in structuring several billion dollars worth of lease and loan transactions, securitizations, restructurings and capital market deals in the aviation industry. He also served as the legal lead on several acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, negotiations and integration. In the area of infrastructure, Nicolas handled several project finance deals related to airports, ports and other transportation infrastructure and acted as government relations lead for GECAS appearances before the OMB, FAA, DOT, Congressional committees and other state and foreign government officials As Co-Leader of the GE Hispanic Forum’s External Outreach Initiative (a company-wide appointment made in 2009), Nicolas worked to strengthen the ties of GE’s Hispanic employees to community organizations and government officials by promoting policy issues that affect Hispanics through scholarship and grant programs, community service initiatives and special events related to education. In 2009, he earned a Six Sigma Green Belt for analyzing and executing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements while at GECAS.       Nicolas P. Stable is the Head of the Fleet Transactions group and Vice President, Legal at CHC Helicopter in Dallas, Texas, a leading commercial helicopter operator primarily serving the offshore Oil & Gas industry and government agencies. In this role, Nick is the lead financial strategist and manager of CHC's aircraft fleet, which at it's peak was 230 aircraft worth over $3 billion. The prominent private equity firm, Clayton, Dubilier, & Rice recruited Mr. Stable to join CHC in 2015 to manage all of CHC's aircraft finance matters and help guide the turnaround and restructuring. While at CHC, Nicolas led the negotiations, management and financing of all of CHC's aircraft. He spearheaded the strategic effort to rationalize the aircraft fleet and deleverage CHC’s balance sheet. In furtherance of that goal, he negotiated and closed 100+ consensual aircraft transactions with 15+ counterparties over ten months. These actions achieved $1.4B in savings, facilitated CHC’s Chapter 11 emergence and enabled a $450M new capital infusion. As Head of the Fleet Transactions Group, Nicolas managed cross-functional team of six professionals based in Dublin, Ireland and Dallas, Texas. He oversaw board of director, creditor and court approvals for all aircraft fleet and finance matters, including sworn testimony, strategic planning and the preparation of financial models and projections.
