  I was an Integral part of a team which organized and carried out a study comprising both telephone and door-to-door interviewing. I recruited, interviewed, hired, trained, and supervised a team of 25 interviewers and 5 shift supervisors. It was my responsibility to manage sample efficiently to ensure the study stayed on target and on budget. - Responsible for the nightly operation of a 12 station academic call centre.- Efficiently conducted interviewer evaluations, data quality checks, sample management, and documentation review.- Participated in strategy meetings to further the success of the call centre.- Created a more efficient system of interviewer evaluations in order to promote more effective interviewing strategies. - Assisted in the final drafting/protocols of questionnaires.
