  Native bird and bat identification during a wildlife mortality study at a wind farm.Worked independently and on weekends to cover shifts for coworkers.Effectively search large plots of land for animal carcasses under wind turbines.Effective use of Fulcrum and ArcGIS maps to record and log wildlife fatalities using tablets.Conducted Carcass Persistence Surveys. Logged how long a carcass persisted after placed during a trial before it was scavenged.

  • Sprayed over two acres of invasive plant species in the Spotted Bear Ranger District front and backcountry• Successfully received my Wilderness First Aid certification with CPR, AED, and Epinephrine• Successfully received my A Sawyer bucking and felling certification with the crosscut saw and chainsaw from the U.S. Forest Service• Successfully received the FFT-2 certification through the US Forest Service• Tin Soldier Complex Fires: successfully communicated with Tin Soldier operations using radios to communicate public heading out of Spotted Bear district after the district closures.
