       Offering technical support, monitoring and evaluating provision of psychosocial support for HIV infected and affected children in accordance with national HIV/AIDS policies and standards. Working closely with the EGPAF technical team, Pediatric Breakthrough Partnership (BTP) members to ensure smooth implementation of the project. Provision of technical support to Improve identification, treatment initiation, retention and viral suppression of children and adolescents living with or exposed to HIV, New & optimized programming necessary to cover the retention gap for adolescent girls who are pregnant and lactating including retention in PMTCT/HIV Care with an aim of covering drop off along the PMTCT cascade (only 60-70% of infants reached within first 2 months if life). Working closely with the EGPAF technical team to build capacity of service providers and partners targeting 95-95-95.Continuously examine emerging programming gaps due to the shifting landscape so as to remain responsive to the needs of the national program. Promoting the documentation of best practices and lessons learned that can be shared at subnational, national and international for a Write progress reports on pediatric HIV care to be shared with stakeholders Working/collaborating with Ministries of Health and other Implementing Partners on the implementation of technically sound public health programs, including HIV, prevention, care and treatment interventions  Coordinating HIV & AIDS quality improvement initiatives, training and mentorship/coaching skills and experience in coordinating large scale capacity building initiatives, health care operations research and formulating project proposals.
