IFFCO's Other Projects are in Oman, Senegal and Jordan. In the year 2006 – 07, IFFCO had a turnover of 2282.39 US$ Million.Responsibilities• Maintenance of two Natural Gas based Ammonia plants• Planning all engineering and maintenance activities, procurement of spares, execution of all maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance, thereby ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operations• Planning annual turn around, arranging and managing a team of engineers, contractors and technicians, to carry out all repair and NDT jobs within a strict time schedule• Planning and execution of all modification jobs, de-bottlenecking and trouble shooting of Ammonia Plant• Revamp and maintenance of Rotating Machinery and static equipments like High Speed compressors, Gas turbine, Centrifugal Pumps, Hydraulic Turbines, Furnaces, Boilers, Reactors, Piping etc. Experience at IFFCO Paradeep Plant, India• Revamping of Phosphoric acid plant at IFFCO Paradeep Unit• Major revamp of Agitators, Belt Filters, Fumes extraction Blower, Cooling tower, Cooling tower Pumps, Acid Handling pumps, Vacuum circulation pumps, etc. This involved trouble-shooting and implementing improved maintenance practices.• Procurements of major revamp machinery and spares and finalization of contracts to the tune of USD 20 Million approx for Phosphoric Acid Plant.
