  - Start from CW start to PAT，Supervisor will be site owner who in charge of quality, Safety and progress, and need whole time stay on site during site implementation, need coordinate with Contractor Team and team of Subcontractor for daily scope, If Supervisor found out that there are changes in the subcontractor team while site implementation and shall report to RPM and QEHS as well immediately. - Supervisor shall clear SOP of Contractor and Detail Design Drawing, Must follow SOP and Drawing while site implementation. - Supervisor must install Smart QC and ISDP in his android phone and applying, While guiding and monitor subcontractor engineers and supervisor installing and applying IT tools. - Supervisor needs to do two task by IT Tools, 1 Task for punch the clock by ISD Mobile or Smart QC 2 Task for quality checking which is Smart QC taking photo for the site KCP quality and EHS status of execution every day, in case of some area poorly internet, Supervisor must take photo offline and save it, then upload timely when get internet connection. - Supervisor needs check subcontractors engineer and rigger whether have Qualified certification and check if it match as his NRC, prevent working without certification, while need to verify the certification really belongs to the same persons on site, and Qualified PPEs for all of workers who are working on site. - Supervisor needs to be responsible for EHS and quality on his sites, timely supervise subcontractors according to acceptance quality standards and SOP, if found defect should request subcontractor’s rectification immediately, Do not allow any EHS issue was happened on site. - Supervisor need timely supervise and inspect the site engineer of subcontractor whether fulfill monitoring during site building, if subcontractors’ engineer or Team leader not on the scene, need to timely reporting to the RPM, and let them stop work if without engineer and team leader.
