      Accountable for:Ensure that all risk areas (where the Bank decides to transfer the risk) have proper insurance coverage.Study, evaluate and provide consultancy on Non-Life insurance policies across the Bank. To centralize the insurance operations on a country by country LevelMaintain the Non-Life insurance database and documentations of Arab Bank plc.Key Roles:Ensure that the Bank assets are well protected with proper insurance coverage by studying and evaluating insurance policies with respect to terms, conditions and prices.Ensure that all risk areas (where the Bank decides to transfer the risk) have proper insurance coverage.Arrange quotations based on business requirements, prepare technical & financial comparison and negotiate offers with insurance companies in terms of coverage, conditions & prices.Negotiate & follow up on Non-Life insurance renewals with insurance companies and business owners depending on business requirements.Provide insurance technical opinion and consultancy on a global levelProvide technical and legal opinion on insurance products including terms, conditions, pricing. Plan and participate in/manage global insurance program placement.Arrange Settlement of insurance policies premiums.Administer insurance claims’ settlement.Assist in establishing insurance procedures in liaise with concerned parties.Execute global insurance contracts where Applicable.Keep track of all non-life insurance portfolios.Centralize all policies on a country by country level.Plan and organize special seminars and provide training for employees to develop their understanding of Insurance.Promote insurance awareness across the Bank.Key Performance Indicators:Saving on Insurance Premium Budget where applicable.Improvement in terms & conditions of AB insurance policies & procedures to protect its assets & liabilities.Improvement of quality of services provided to different stakeholders Show less
