Responsibilities included both product and program development:• Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Business review process, including: metrics' dive deep via SQL, insights on users engagement and churn, and doc narratives. Major opportunities related to the increase in users and reading (and associated costs) following the COVID-19 spike, with a focus on how to retain customers in the long term (beating all churn reduction goals).• Managed 3 rounds of the EU yearly financial planning process (known as OP1 and OP2), being responsible for EU business inputs, financial modeling, and PR/FAQs development.• Cross-team coordination with the EU Store marketing, US Books product, Amazon Prime, and Amazon Devices teams, to launch EU-relevant features.• EU Books Trainer and coordinator for AMPLIFY: a company-wide DEI training to amplify people's ability to lead, contribute, or support others to shine and be heard in meetings (10+ trainings in 1Y, 200+ people trained, 4.8/5 rating).• Mentoring: effectively mentored 6 junior people over 3 years, making all of them achieve their goals (3 promotions to Sr. roles, 1 temp to permanent hire).
