  Main Project:Led the analysis, planning and justification of a future Advanced Part Manufacturing Cell to manufacture highly complex and critical components in a high-variety, low volume regime. Primary project aims were manufacturing cost reduction, lead time reduction, flexibility and responsiveness, quality improvements and ultimately increased customer satisfaction.A business case justification and implementation timeline were developed. The project proposal was presented to several key management stakeholders including the Finance Director, Head of Procurement, Project Lead for Future Programmes, Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Future Capabilities, and General Manager. Approval was given for the project go-ahead.Additional Responsibility:Supported implementation of an new cell. Developed and implemented a range of lean visual management and sustainment solutions to support a flexible manufacturing cell team. Show less
