      Clients: Woolworths (South Africa), Industrie (Australia), Lloyd (Karstadt), C&A (China & Brazil), NEXT(Britain).Responsible for each client from the beginning to the end and integral part of the supply chain to drive business results:● Development: Assisted clients with the development of new styles, fabrics and trims and arranged samples. Negotiated with fabric mills to get better price, and then made quotation sheets to get more orders.Assisted the manager to develop new clients. I gathered information and analyzed fashion trend and then sourced new fabrics or developed new styles, like garment dye shirts. We recommended these to clients. Finally, Woolworths became our client.● Production: Communicated with factories (China & Cambodia) and different suppliers to ensure production flow smoothly. When fabrics or approvals delayed, I negotiated with the factory director about the production plan to ensure the products catch the delivery date. Purchased fabrics and trims. Arranged related test and factory inspections. ● Sourcing: Source new fabrics suppliers with advantages in products (new fabric like digital printing) or price. Assisted clients to source fabrics based on their ideas, like floral print, new denim fabric, etc. , and they liked them. Show less
