Negotiated with fabric mills to get better price, and then made quotation sheets to get more orders.Assisted the manager to develop new clients. I gathered information and analyzed fashion trend and then sourced new fabrics or developed new styles, like garment dye shirts. We recommended these to clients. Finally, Woolworths became our client.● Production: Communicated with factories (China & Cambodia) and different suppliers to ensure production flow smoothly. When fabrics or approvals delayed, I negotiated with the factory director about the production plan to ensure the products catch the delivery date. Purchased fabrics and trims. Arranged related test and factory inspections. ● Sourcing: Source new fabrics suppliers with advantages in products (new fabric like digital printing) or price.
