Review and familiarize with project AFC drawing, NDT drawing, ITP work Instruction and Project Specification related to assigned project.Material Receiving and traceability, Consumables Storage and Handling, PQR and WPS Preparationand witness mechanical test, conduct Welder Qualification Test. verifies approve WPS, welders and tacker intended to the project have properly been qualified.Day to day Witness of fit-up and welding, Dimensional, visual inspection, WQT, NDT other related as per ITP’s.Coordination all the activities to Fitter Supervisor, welding supervisor, painting supervisor and NDTcoordinator. Monitoring NDT subcontractor, Identify the joint for the NDT, ensuring NDT testing isperformed in a timely manner, Review/Interpret radiographic film, recorded all the outstanding NDT on daily basis, identify repairs from assessment of visual or NDT reports, monitoring repair rates based on welding performance report.Generate and complete the Inspection Stage Release notes for completion of structural fabricationactivities for each assembly/subassembly and prepare all outstanding works are documented and noted within an attached punch list, as built dossier / MDR review and maintain Documents control system.
