Assist customers with issues through USARCS Help Desk system host through (CA Unicenter) Help Desk Software. Utilize VMWare to run multiple OS and client software versions for testing and analysis of user data for corrections. Oracle and SQL DBA for LIS systems that host the respective databases. Correct database errors and upgrade or convert databases as new Software Change Packages (SCP) are released. Correct and add IP reservations through DHCP according to machines scope and location and what regional DHCP server the unit is located nearest to. Analyze and correct connectivity issues either though computer or switch/router configuration or through hardware troubleshooting and repair. Re-install or update software as needed remotely or through re-imaging utilizing the USARC approved base image for all LIS versions.
