Also responsible for purchasing all types of spare parts, materials, and all other items for construction and maintenance inside the factory by coordinating with civil engineer and the maintenance employees. • Making POs (Purchasing Orders for both Spare Parts and Raw Materials (Local & Foreign)) and also responsible for all quotations for local Companies and some of foreign Companies. Following up with vendors/suppliers for supplying and receiving all materials on time, also following with them for invoices and delivery notes to make sure that the order is closed.• Preparing all port and airport documents and also preparing translation for the items we order through Excel and sending to clearance companies. Preparing sales reports for our officials for the purchase department. Also have three years of experience in Inventory for spare parts and finished goods (TILES) using the RFID Handheld Reader and have enough experience in logistics for all shipments which come from both Sea and Air in the King Abdulaziz Sea Port and all other flight and clearance Companies such as DHL, IMA, SMSA, and many others.• Extracting all necessary clearances.• Finished internship in Al Abdulkarim Holding Company in the accounting department for two months.
