      Elected as Deputy Chair of the BT Carers Network. Responsible for creating and delivering the strategy to raise awareness of carers in the workplace and build a large network of organisations and charities to increase the nationwide drive to improve experiences for carers across the country. Accountable for delivering engagement, culture and change strategies and projects for an organisation of 6,500 people. Leading direct and matrix teams to deliver various programmes, including office rationalisation and relocation projects to increasing our listening maturity and engagement capabilities. BT's Carers Network aims to connect and support people within the company who have caring responsibilities. My role is to help BT attain Carer Confident accreditation, increase awareness of the rights and support tools we have in place for Carers to create a more inclusive environment for our people. Seconded into an Acting Transformation Director role. Sponsoring new Success Factors HR System and Process transformation programme, leading on business strategic workforce planning, and driving 5-year cost transformation plans. Accountable for the Design & Delivery of BT Media & Broadcast and BT TV services. Resource budget of £6m, underpinning £125m annual revenue for across UK and Global platforms with a total viewership of ~3.2 billion people worldwide. Additionally, responsible for delivery of BT TV services to 1.4 million Set Top Boxes. Head of Delivery, TV, Media & Broadcast. Leading teams to deliver the World's First Live 4K Broadcast and industry-first BBC Aurora Network. Secured multiple new contracts and renewals across the broadcast industry. Engineer for major project delivery of ITV X-Net, responsible for 16 newsroom and media broadcast sites. This role was in tandem with managing eight apprentices at the BT Tower. Four time Apprentice of the Year (six time finalist) across multiple awarding bodies. Delivering Broadcast Networks and Services, including BT Sport and the Digital Switch Over, promoting apprentices and being a brand ambassador at numerous events, including representing BT at The Houses of Parliament at an event hosted by MPs.
