  Accomplisments during the completion of my Master Thesis: - Successfully conducted cloning and expression of heterologous proteins in yeast systems.- Performed assay development using Dot Blot and Western Blot for the establishment of a fast protocol to quantify the expression of an heterologous protein in yeasts. - Applied in-silico tools, such as SWISS MODEL and Clus-Pro, to analyze the monomeric and dimeric structures of a novel recombinant protein.

  - Generated genome-engineered (KO) bacterial strains (Biosafety Level 2) and characterized them through sequencing, titration assays and antibiotic susceptibility screenings.- Used GraphPad Prism, Geneious Prime, Snapgene and MS Office to analyze, troubleshoot and present results.
