Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Third EYE`s programs, collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making and improvements. I also report progress and impact to the board, donors, and stakeholders.8. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers, assigning tasks, providing support and guidance, and recognizing their valuable contributions.9. Actively engage in professional networks, attend relevant conferences, workshops, and seminars, and stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in visual impairment, disability rights, and nonprofit management.
