      Part of an amazing journey in the supply chain sector. Directly worked in the complex India Agro sector ensuring procurement of grains & vegetables for in-house & 3rd party processing meant for export to high compliance US & Israeli Markets. Closely worked with different Indian processors in developing staple products regularly consumed in the US Market. Closely worked with end buyers in developing packaging (designs for private labels) to their smooth inflow to packaging & processing units. Co-ordination with various 3rd party agencies and food technologists in ensuring that the final product met international standards before export. Logistics Planning and execution including dealing with US Customs & overseas Clearing House Agents for Door to Door delivery. Assistance to overseas Sales Agents to close export orders which included timely calculation of costs to determine company price list, preparation of samples and raw material supply forecasts. As a part of sales support assistance also represented the organization for Fancy Food Summer Show 2019 held in NYC as a part of a Group marketing exercise. Prepared all shipments documents right from Sales Contact to export documents (Export Invoices, PL & other statutory docs as required by the destination country). Post the document stage followed up on export receivables and assisted the finance department with cash flow planning where I closely worked with Export Trade Finance Factoring companies for timely disbursal of export proceeds. From July 2019 to my tenure end given the additional role of Executive Assistant to the CEO which bought about newer challenges & responsibilities. Show less
