I recieved this award for organizing a Sodexo manager group to volunteer at a food shelter. I also supported Fairview Ridges Hospital in their patient satisfaction inititive.

Gold Certificate Fairview Ridges Hospital Sep 2014 Fairview Ridges Hospital began a new patient satisfaction inititive with the FranklinCovey group. I was selected to lead the environmental services team in reducing emergency room wait times. My team afffects this wait time because we clean the beds from discharged patients and get them ready for the new patient. We were able to reduce wait time by 13 minutes in less than three months. Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. Business Applications Competition Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. Apr 2011 In my senior year of college, my business capstone class was assigned a local business to create a business plan. I was part of a group of five online students that created a business plan for a women that owned a salsa company. Our professor submitted our business plan to the Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. Business Applications Competition. My group won the grand prize and we were the first online class to win this prize in MSUB history.
