      As a project based analyst I have worked on the following programmes and projects:• Project Rainbow (March 2012 – October 2013)o Involved in the monthly Data & MI reporting for the Corporate element of the EU mandated sale of RBS and NatWest Accounts/Branches to what was originally Santander and later Corsair Capital and Centerbridge Partners (under the Williams & Glyn name)o Liaising with both external and internal customers to provide bespoke data summaries based on the MI required (such as customer footfall and customer transactions)o Collaborating with other divisions such as M&IB and Retail to ensure that relevant MI Data was obtained for and used in conjunction with CBD Data• CBD AML Programme (October 2013 – December 2014)o Initially I worked on the restructuring of periodic reviews for customers to ensure that all CBD customers are reviewed within 1/3/5 years based on their risk rating and thus that RBS was compliant with AML regulations. This involved working with the various Businesses to ensure that the restructuring was done in the most practical way possible.o Delivery of the Case Management Tool (CMT) & Operating Model. As a member of a small project team I was partly responsible for delivering the new internal system that was to be used for reviewing cases as well as implementing the new rules and procedures that the AML Operations Team in Poland would be using as part of a sustainable long-term operation. o This also involved going out to Poland to ensure that a successful implementation was carried out. During the implementation I was responsible for the construction and maintenance of the Schedule of Events as well as working closely with the AML analysts to gain as much feedback as possible. Show less Extrapolating data from a range of different sources (For Example; shipping data from Piraeus and central database systems) and consolidating it into one data source for analysis that contributed to CFO sign off.Interpreting APS financial data and displaying it in report and presentation formats for executive sign-off on a monthly and quarterly basis.       As a member of the cross functional FCC Change Delivery department I have performed a number of tasks for the newly created Compliance Data Platform (CDP). Tasks including:• Delivery of the strategic Global MI reporting suite for Name Screening across the Bank. This included working with a number of Global Sanctions Managers to understand their requirements and to formulate them into a practical and functional working solution that could be analysed via reporting dashboards across the Bank• Creating tactical, short term MI reports for the relevant stakeholders (E.g. Global & Regional MI split by LoB) until the strategic MI reporting function is created• Working with stakeholders to understand what strategic AML case management systems need to be ingested into CDP and how they are utilised. The strategic aim being to normalize the data within said systems to ensure consistency in Global Reporting• Data Discovery across a number of different systems (both strategic and tactical) that can be utilised for FCC reporting across AML, Sanctions and AB&C via CDP• Assisting in the testing of data models being created for MI reporting. This document includes the calculations, methodology and rationale for all metrics that underpin the qualitative statements.• Liaising with global financial crime functional leads to determine the metrics and their thresholds to be used in the monthly RAS reporting.• Collaboration with the corresponding regional RAS teams to ensure alignment with regards to reported metrics including their definitions, calculations and source.• Maintenance of supporting documentation related to the reportable metrics including metric passports and Quality control templates to provide transparency and accuracy within monthly reporting.• Creation of EUDA documentation (e.g. test completion reports, change logs, change request logs) for the MI reporting tool used for reporting.
